These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the organisation operating the kg999 platform and the user. From the moment you begin using the kg999 website, mobile application, or any related service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared for users in Bangladesh. kg999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time due to applicable law, regulatory changes, or business requirements. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an account on kg999 and use any service on the platform, you must be at least 21 years old. For the purpose of age verification, we may request identity documents or other proof at any time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are participating on the platform voluntarily, knowingly, and with your own funds. Please verify for yourself whether online betting or casino gaming is legally permitted in your area.

2.1 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not open an account or use services on kg999:

• Any person under the age of 21
• Any person employed by kg999 or its affiliated companies, or their close relatives or family members

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — the same rule applies for every payment method.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• Before any withdrawal, kg999 reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC).

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Before the received bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The first deposit bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If an attempt is made to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed.
• kg999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A bonus is never direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg999 platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken.

1. Attempting to influence betting or gaming outcomes through fraudulent or deceptive means.
2. Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
4. Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
5. Using multiple accounts or identities to circumvent wagering requirements.
6. Deliberately exploiting platform errors or bugs.

All bets placed on kg999 are considered final once confirmed. Under normal circumstances, a confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.

7.1 Situations Eligible for Bet Cancellation

• If an event is postponed or cancelled by the organisers.
• If there is a clear technical error in the odds or event information.
• If a market must be closed on the instruction of a regulatory authority.

7.2 Result Determination

Results for cricket, football, or other sports are determined based on announcements by the relevant internationally recognised authority (such as ICC or the BPL authority). In the event of a dispute over a result, kg999's decision is final.

The kg999 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of the total net loss for the week (total amount lost minus total amount won). For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP levels and the awarding of benefits is at the discretion of kg999. VIP status may be revoked if fraudulent behaviour or a breach of the rules is found.

kg999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• In response to an investigation by authorities or a legal directive.

Whether any remaining balance will be returned on a closed account depends on the nature of the breach. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the balance may be forfeited.
